Coaching Successes (highlights):  Coach Fahey has coached 14 state meet qualifiers in both track and cross country. He has also coached one State Champion in track.

Current / previous jobs (besides coaching) and years: Since graduating from the University of Louisville, he worked for various Fortune 500 companies.  He has been Director of Operations at Material Handling Systems, Inc.; Senior Operations Leader at Amazon; and Plant Manager at Cummins. He currently owns the East Louisville franchise for Griswold Home Care, a pioneer in the home care industry.

HS Athletic Background (graduating yr.): He graduated from St. Xavier (Louisville) in 1992 where he ran cross country and track.

College Athletic Background: He graduated from the University of Louisville in 1996 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He received and MBA and Masters in Mechanical Engineering from U of L in 1998. At U of L, he ran both cross country and track his freshman year.

Post-College Athletics: Coach Fahey ran 5Ks and various road races competitively until recently.
